Coca-Cola
Challenge. Reinvigorate the Coca-Cola Perfect Serve (a 30-second ritual beginning with a chilled, Georgia-green trademark glass and finishing with a smile). Targeting hotels, restaurants and cafés across Europe to help business owner/managers incentivise staff and make Coke the perfect “refreshment experience” for customers.
Solution. A spiral-bound A3 book of Perfect Serve activation ideas, hitting all the touchpoints along the customer journey from disruptive events and viral campaigns, to staff incentives and rewards.
This was an agency-wide collaborative project. I contributed ideas and helped visualise and create the book.
